Players Fees
  • As a club funded by players registrations we require players fees to be paid in full by 31 August 2018 - unles otherwise discussed with club management

  • Season Fees $665 per player for competition teams

  • $540 per player for Boys and Girls Academy

  • Upon successful selection a part registration (non refundable) fee of $450-00 is payable within 7 days

  • Players who have not paid full fees by the start of the competition may not be able to participate in round 1

Season fees cover
  • Playing strip – shorts, socks, home and away playing shirt, kit bag, polo shirt

  • Court fees both for training and playing

  • Referees fees
  • Administration costs

  • FNSW Player Registration (including insurance


  • During the season players are expected to attend training sessions held for 1 hour per week and be in attendance at all games.

  • Players may also be asked to sit on the bench for the next age group. Please advise us early of any unavailability.
  • As a representative team players are not guaranteed equal court time. This is up to the team coach however all coaches endeavour to give all players court time and aim to develop all players. For Semis and Finals coaches are able to play the players as they see fit  to achieve the best outcome.
  • All Phoenix Club members - both players and parents are to adhere to the Code Of Conducts
  • All players, parents and coaches are to display good sportsmanship at all times.

Game Day:

  • Players must arrive at least 45 minutes before their scheduled kick off time and wear their walk shorts, polo shirt and covered shoes (no thongs)
